How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is quick and easy. All members must be at least 19 years or over and reside in Canada. It’s free to sign up!
Who is eligible to purchase on your site?
Clients who are over the age of 19 and live in Canada are eligible to purchase medical marijuana through our site.
Is ordering marijuana online from The Pot Vault safe?
YES! Our products are of the highest quality and are packed in discrete smell-proof vacuum sealed bags. They are shipped according to Canada Post’s recommended best practice and tracked all the way to your home. Your payment information (such as bank account number, etc.) are kept confidential and not shared with us.
Can I place larger orders than those listed on your site?
We do not accept large orders that exceed quantities stated on our site as it is intended for personal or medical use only. However, you can place multiple orders at any given time.
Can I add/edit/cancel my order?
If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your original order. Please contact live chat or email email@example.com with the order number you would like cancelled.
If a customer has placed an order and completed interact e transfer but wants to add/change their order, simply contact us as soon as possible to avoid extra shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we are Only accepting payments through Interac E-Transfers for the time being.
How secure is Interac E-Transfer?
Interac E-Transfer is very safe. Customer will set up and send a password to our secured email address for us to receive the transferred funds. No financial information (such as bank account number, password etc.) are shared with The Pot Vault.
I’ve sent my E-Transfer. What happens next?
Once you’ve sent your E-transfer, it could take up to 2 hours for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your E-transfer will be pending until we collect the E-transfer (when we process your order).
If we receive your E-transfer by 9:00 am PST Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same business day or else it’ll ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, tracking info will be sent by email.

When does my order ship out?
Orders placed Monday – Friday
1. Orders & payment received BEFORE 11 am PST, will be sent same day.
Tracking codes will be sent same day after 4:00 pm PST
2. Orders & payment received AFTER 11 am PST, will be sent the following business day.
Tracking codes will be sent next day after 4:00 pm PST
*Please note, eTransfers can take a few hours to process and we will not ship out any orders before payment is received.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate fee of $15 for all orders below $100. All orders are shipped via express shipping and comes with a tracking number. Shipping is FREE for any orders over $100.
How long does shipping take?
Shipment arrival depends on where you are located in Canada. Typically, packages are estimated to arrive at your door within 2 to 3 business days via Xpresspost. You can be assured that your order is of the up most priority when it comes to the arrival of your order.
How do you package my orders?
We package your orders in smell-proof vacuum sealed bags and deliver in a discreet package.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. We ONLY ship within Canada.
Do you accept all orders from all provinces in Canada?
Yes. We accept orders anywhere in Canada.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, at this time, all orders must be placed online and shipped to you.
Canada Post says: successfully “delivered” but I have not received my order.
Contact us via email at email@example.com immediately if you have not received your order and we’ll start a trace with Canada Post to locate your package.
What happens if I don’t receive my package?
If you have not received your order 48 hours after the estimated time of arrival, contact us immediately via live chat on our website or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will conduct an investigation and take the necessary steps to ensure your package arrives to you safely.
My tracking number does not work. Help!
Typically, if the tracking number does not work it could be 2 likely circumstances;
1. The Canada post website has not yet updated their system to include your tracking number. Please allow till the end of day
2. Please ensure that the tracking number is typed in correctly.

3. The Pot Vault will not be held liable for lost orders due to: – mistakes made by the postal offices – wrong address given by the customer – damage to order by postal service – expired PO BOX numbers – stolen packages after delivery

5. The shipping & handling charge for orders under $100 is $15.00, for orders $100 and over we ship free nationwide!
6. You are not eligible to order if you are a citizen or resident of the United States of America
